GRAND RAPIDS, MICH. – A man who was injured while exchanging gunfire with officers on a freeway in western Michigan has been charged with murder in the slaying of his girlfriend.
The Kent County prosecutor’s office on Wednesday announced an open murder charge against 33-year-old Adam Nolin. He was earlier charged with assault with intent to murder, fleeing and eluding and weapons charges in connection with the police chase.
Online records don’t yet list a defense lawyer.
